Everything went smooth and had a good experience. The only flaw in the process was the mess left behind. I work in people's homes and businesses. I always clean up after myself. Common courtesy and respect for other people's home and property goes a long way.
We love our new granite kitchen counter tops. It was a very easy process with great service. Turn around time was as advertised. Lowe’s and Home Depot were 6-8 weeks out. Granite Depot installed our counter tops in 10 days. We would recommend to anyone.
I want to say how happy I am with my qourts the installers were nice and friendly Roman was on top off the whole thing, done in 1 week it was quick and amazing work!!! I would use this company again. If you want amazing work and good quality use granite depo you won’t regret!!!
From start to finish, our experience with Granite Depot was fantastic! My husband called with a basic question and Rachel was beyond helpful. When we went into the shop, Roman was more than accommodating even coming out to measure our countertops same day, a Saturday evening. The installation process was a breeze even though our island is quite large. We called/visited several places in the Tri-Cities during the process of our new build and Granite Depot was far above any on customer service and satisfaction. 10/10 definitely would recommend!!
BEST experience with a contractor we’ve ever had! We are building a new home and stopped by one day to look at countertops and get an estimate. Upon deciding to go with Granite Depot and reaching back out to the company, the owner himself called and walked me through the entire process. He was helpful, professional, and provided top-notch service every step of the way. It honestly felt like VIP service! They came to measure my templates quickly, worked with my schedule to install when I needed them to, and made sure I was 110% satisfied. I would hire them 100 times over and would recommend them to ANYONE needing countertops. There is no way anyone could be better in any area…pricing, professionalism, skill, or quality.
